Many of my customers feel that they could do great things with their computers if only they had a little guidance or a point in the right direction. I take great pleasure in guiding my customers towards that "A-ha!" moment, where things really start to make sense.
What will I learn?
That is completely up to you! I typically ask that you come up with a list of topics you would like to cover and E-mail them to me in advance. I will sit down with you as an individual, or with your whole family. I'm very flexible with my training format.
Possibilities include basic computer skills, hardware repair and maintenance, Internet skills (How to find anything on the Internet quickly), Microsoft applications such as Word/Excel, Quicken, etc.
Prices for one-on-one training start at $70/hour. Add friends or family members to the class for only $20 more per person.
