Unfortunately I don't have industry specific training for Apple, so I don't book appointments specifically for Apple products. However, if I'm there working on another issue I'll be glad to at least have a look.

I have a screen popping up saying I need to call Microsoft. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Don't call any phone number that pops up on your screen demanding that you call. These are ALWAYS scams. On your keyboard do a "Control + Alt + Delete" and then select the power button in the bottom right corner of your screen. Select the option to Restart. When the computer comes back up the fake alert will be gone.

Whether you need programs or files cleaned up, Call Brady can help. I will help block programs that are running at boot up that don't need to be there. I can also help you organize your desktop and documents to be able to find what you need without the clutter.
